At Faith Essence, each piece is created with intention and care. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With original packaging and tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Final sale or discounted items (if marked as final sale)

• Items returned damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

We will resolve the issue promptly.
